Eric Freedman - July 14th - 7pm (doors 6pm)

$20.00

Eric Freedman delivers sharp, dark, and brutally honest comedy that cuts through the noise with precision. A former punk/hardcore drummer, and Road Manager for Sublime With Rome, Eric has spent over a decade touring the world collecting the kind of wild stories most people would leave out of a job interview. His material has been called “tragically accurate,” which, honestly, sounds about right. Think George Carlin’s social observations, Doug Stanhope’s unapologetic edge, and Greg Giraldo’s rapid-fire punchlines —with a modern spin that’s earned laughs from some of the most revered comedy stages.

Off stage, Eric is one of the minds behind the cult animation group, Tomorrow’s Nobody, where he’s collaborated on cartoons with topcomedians Tom Segura, Theo Von, Adam Ray, Drew Lynch, Craig Conant, and Shapel Lacey.

He’s currently touring the U.S. with Craig Conant and performs regularly at L.A.’s big three comedy clubs: The Hollywood Improv, The Comedy Store, and The Laugh Factory. He can also be seen popping up on Don’t Tell Comedy shows all over and you can listen to him on his podcast “2 Dumb Babies” with his co-host comedian Willie Simon. Audiences find his comedy, in their words, “surprisingly relatable”.

The Lounge has a 2 Drink minimum but, don’t worry, we have LOTS of non-alcohol options! Prices range from $3-$10.
