This rental package is for a producer, or performer, looking to rent the lounge for a live show.

Capacity: 125-175 (dependent on the configuration)

This rental package includes the following:

1. Set up and teardown/clean up of seating/tables

2. Box office staff

3. TIPS Certified Server Staff

4. Beverage and food service

5. House manager

6. PA system and Lighting

7. Overhead Projector

8. Sound and lighting Tech

9. Liability Insurance.

10. Ticketing through the venue website

12. 6’ merch table with linen (artist retain 100% of all merch sales)

The venue holds a beverage license and observes all Idaho state laws, Ada county laws, and Boise city laws. Venue retains 100% of all food and beverage sales.

Sun-Thurs Rental Fee: $1000

Friday-Saturday Rental Fee: $1500

**If the show requires a large scale stage (extra staging is available) there is an additional labor fee.

**Theatrical production that require specific, in depth lighting design will be an additional fee and must be cleared with the tech department.

• 5’ Banquet rounds (15 available) - $10 per table. Seat up to 8 people for a banquet style dinner. 

• 6’ Rectangle tables (catering style tables for food or seating) - $10 per table. Seat up to 8 people (10 available).
