Paul Conyers is a comedian from the San Francisco Bay Area who has been doing stand-up since 2016—right before that one election. Remember that? A famously chill time when everyone was totally relaxed and ready to laugh, so he figured, why not.
He grew up in Sacramento, California (which is not the Bay Area, please stop saying it is). He moved to Oakland to try playing college basketball, where the real comedy happened. He was bad. He scored zero points on Senior Night, despite having a Steph Curry–sized green light to shoot as much as he wanted. Nothing fell.
He usually got decent laughs from the bench, so he decided to give comedy a real shot.
The Lounge has a 2 Drink minimum but, don’t worry, we have LOTS of options both with and without alcohol. Prices range from $3-$10. Get tickets here on the website! Due to processing fees, they are $5 more at the door!
